Ricardo Ramos Luna, is a tax matter Lawyer. During the last five years and prior to joining the firm, he was Head of Department at the Central Administration Litigation of large taxpayers. He led and coordinated the defense of the interests of the tax authorities before Administrative, District and Circuit Courts and the Mexican Supreme Court.

The percentage of success in the annulment trials he defend against the taxpayers were highly relevant in favor of the tax authorities.

Some of his relevant projects include an special certification issued by the tax authorities for issuing the final decisions in administrative appeals filed by the tax payers.

He received his bachelor’s degree in law from the Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico.
