Ana Poulete Espinosa has a degree in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, she specialized in administrative law also in the UNAM, prior to joining the firm, was Lawyer in Tax in the ​​Large Taxpayers Administration; her professional experience has been particularly in trials related to tax matters concerning federal taxes.

Some of her relevant projects, include a reasonable percentage of success on the trials attended. Due to her extensive experience and expertise, she assisted in very relevant trials on the Mexican Supreme Court and with favorable decisions to the Tax Administration under such trials.

Furthermore, she has assisted in international conferences in the Tax Administration Service; likewise, she provided some training courses to public officers on tax audits issues.
