Iván Santillán Plazola is a legal counsel for national and international corporations with more than 14 years of professional experience in social security contributions, local and federal taxes, tax planning and tax litigation.

He also has broad knowledge in corporate Law, constitutional, administrative and protection of personal information.

Iván has provided legal advice in the transfer and hiring of personnel and the treatment for employee in corporate restructuring, mergers and spin-offs, as well as in litigation matters of social security contributions and in audits and inspection procedures done by federal and local authorities related to such contributions.

Furthermore, he has rendered services to clients in reference to the Integration of the salary for purposes of payment of contributions to IMSS and INFONAVIT, joint social security liabilities, representation at the Mexican Social Security Institute, the Housing Fund, and Administrative Courts in any litigious matter against such institute.

He also has imparted different speeches and courses to functionaries of the Mexican Institute of Social Security, among others.
