David García has more than 10 years of experience advising companies in social security contributions, local and federal taxes.

Now, David García is an Of Counsel of P&A Legal Services, focusing attention on customers who require services in Social Security Law, specifically in the following areas:

– Advice, consulting and litigation on social security contributions, such as payroll taxes, fees payable to Mexican Institute of Social Security (“IMSS”) and to the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (“INFONAVIT”).
– Corporate restructurings, acquisitions of companies, mergers, splits-off and employer substitution activities, as well as consulting on salary integration and payment of workmen’s compensation insurance dues.
– Advice on due diligence reviews and governmental supervision visits conducted by federal and local authorities. – Administrative appeals, fiscal annulment suits before the federal and local tribunals.
